By paying your deposit you are accepting these Terms & Conditions
We shall require a guaranteed number of guests attending the function one week prior to the event. This is the minimum number of guests you will be charged for. If no guaranteed number is recieved then the original number quoted will be prepared & charged for. If numbers at the function are greater than the number confirmed, we will endeavour to cater for all those attending but we reserve the right to charge for the full number attending.
Due to recent price fluctuations for food & fuel products, our travel charges & menu pricing is subject to change. We will contact you if this affects your booking.
A tentative booking will be held for a maximum period of 7 Days, after which the event space will be released. Confirmation of the booking is to be made in writing, by phone or email and a deposit will be required at that time.
The event must be paid in full by / or on the day of thge celebration.
We would be dissappointed if a function were to be cancelled. If however cancellation occurs then the following conditions will apply.
For events out of Christchurch there will be additional costs for staff accomodation & travel time.
Depending on the size of your event, additional equipment may be required on site & these costs will be added to the final cost.
We will make every effort to deliver & serve your food at the set time discussed.
All menu items are subject to avaliability, any substitutions will be at our discretion & will be of similar or higher value.
If we are unable to reach the event venue due to extreme weather, road closure or other events outside our control we will make every reasonable effort to postpone the catering catering until the next suitable opportunity.
If we are are unable to reach the function venue & you are unable to organise a suitable alternative venue time or travel arrangements, then the function will be deemed to have been cancelled & you will be invoiced for the full cost of the function.
We take care to minimise the risk of injury. However it is the resposibility of the person making the booking to ensure that any children are properly supervised & that all guests & visitors are kept away from potentially hazardous areas.
Harassment will not be tolerated in any form.
If the harassment continues after the notification to the person in charge of the booking we have the right to pack up & leave necessary food onsite.
The event will be billed at the original cost.
